As a Development Coordinator, Alyssah helps to support projects from early concept through construction and final completion. She collaborates with consultants, municipalities, and community members to support applications, coordinate timelines, and keep communication clear throughout the development process.

With a diploma in Architectural Interior Design, Alyssah brings a thoughtful balance of creativity and technical insight to her work. She contributes to design reviews, guides material selections, and assists with space planning, ensuring each project aligns with Casman Properties’ vision while staying functional, cohesive, and thoughtfully integrated into the community.

Tai is a Development Coordinator who drives projects from early design through construction, helping to bring well-planned developments to life. Tai works closely with consultants, local residents, and various community associations to guide development applications, coordinate project documentation, and ensure each project aligns with regulatory requirements and community values.

Since beginning his career with the Casman Group of Companies in 2022, Tai has become a valued member of the development team, known for his collaborative approach and attention to detail. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Civil Engineering from the University of British Columbia and continues to grow his expertise in areas such as sustainable design and community engagement.

Alyssa is a Development Coordinator who helps guide developments from early concept through construction and final turnover. She works closely with her colleagues, consultants and the community to keep projects on track, ensuring clear communication and alignment with municipal requirements and community values.

With a diploma in Architectural Building Technology, Alyssa blends creative vision with practical planning. She assists in design reviews, material selection, and space planning, ensuring each development is both thoughtfully designed and highly functional, reflecting Casman’s vision from concept to completion.

Founding Casman in 1981, Norm has grown the company from its beginnings in deck and fence construction to a leading provider of construction and development solutions across Western Canada. Under his leadership, Casman has delivered a wide range of projects spanning single-family, multi-family, commercial, institutional, and industrial sectors.

Beyond business success, Norm has cultivated long-standing relationships in the community and supports numerous charitable initiatives. His expertise in leading complex projects, fostering collaboration, and building strong teams has been central to Casman’s growth and reputation for quality. Today, Norm’s vision and commitment to integrity, innovation, and people remain at the core of the company’s success.

As Casman’s Chief Operating Officer, Jeff oversees operations across all divisions of the Casman Group of Companies. Starting his career over 35 years ago as an Apprentice Carpenter, Jeff has progressed through nearly every role within the organization, exemplifying Casman’s commitment to professional growth and mentorship from within.

With extensive field and management experience, Jeff brings a deep understanding of both construction and development operations. His leadership has helped shape Casman’s culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement, while guiding a skilled team dedicated to quality workmanship, honest effort, and lasting relationships.

Sherri is the Director of Finance at Casman Properties, leading the financial strategy and capital planning for the company’s development portfolio. She oversees project financing, investment analysis, and partnership structuring, working closely with the executive and development teams to evaluate opportunities, model project feasibility, and guide funding strategies from pre-development through construction.

Since earning her CPA designation in 2013, Sherri has grown her career with the Casman Group of Companies, beginning as a Financial Controller before stepping into her current leadership role. Her strategic approach helps ensure each project supports Casman’s long-term goals while delivering lasting value to the communities they serve.

As Development Cost and Risk Manager, Klinton plays a key role in bridging Casman’s construction expertise with its development operations. He leads cost planning, risk assessment, and procurement strategy across Casman’s development portfolio, working closely with the pre-construction and development teams to develop budgets, evaluate design options, and identify cost efficiencies while maintaining quality and long-term value.

Since joining the Casman Group of Companies in 2020, Klinton has brought over 28 years of construction experience in estimating, scheduling, and logistics to the development team. He holds a Gold Seal Certification in Estimating (GSC), a Construction Risk and Insurance Specialist (CRIS) designation, and a diploma in Construction Engineering Technology.

As Design and Marketing Coordinator, Mehar supports the creative development and brand presentation of Casman Properties’ projects. She contributes to marketing materials, social media, and digital content while helping coordinate project branding to ensure each development reflects Casman’s commitment to quality, design, and community connection.

With a Diploma in Architectural Interior Design, Mehar brings a strong eye for detail and a passion for thoughtful design. Her collaborative approach helps maintain consistency between project visuals, marketing materials, and the final built product.
